After over one year with Core Studios, I've come to appreciate Sara's flexibility (yes, pun intended) when it comes to working around her client's schedules. Additionally, she tailors her matt sessions to individuals' needs by working within their injuries and limitations.

Sara @ Island Holistic trainer creates a serene, zen-like atmosphere in her Pilates studio, making each class a peaceful and positive experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about health and well-being, offering tailored workouts and valuable nutrition advice. The family-like environment and challenging exercises have profoundly improved my fitness and overall wellness. Highly recommended!

I absolutely love starting my day at The Core Studios!!! I definitely feel accomplished whenever I attend Sarah’s class. Sarah is absolutely fantastic! She makes sure to check on everyone’s needs in terms of curating her work out, she doesn’t see us as group but sees as individually. I genuinely enjoy attending and being at her class. She definitely puts a different perspective to the word PILATES!!! I’ve never enjoyed working out like this before. 45 mins of pilates in the morning with sarah is what everyone needs, you can almost do it anywhere!! cause she also have a live virtual class everyday at 9am!!! It’s definitely a must try! You guys won’t regret it.

I can't say enough about Core Studios and the incredible owner, Sarah. It's not just about getting a great workout—though you definitely will—it's about a complete mindshift change. Every time I walk out of Sarah's class, I feel happier, less stressed, and just a better human overall. There's a definite spiritual element that makes the experience so much more enriching. I've even rearranged my work schedule just to make sure I can attend her classes. If you're looking for more than just physical fitness, Core Studios is the place to be. Highly recommend!

When I’m in Key West it is always great to be in the studio and feel the restorative energy and strength that Sarah infuses in her classes. The great thing is I also feel it when I take her classes virtually, she makes her online participants feel like they’re in the studio with her and the other participants. I love her classes as well as the individual training sessions with her even when we’re 2000 miles apart! 🫶

Sarah is simply the best. I have worked out with many trainers but none have compared to Sarah. She is extremely knowledgeable not only about fitness but also nutrition.. You always feel better after a session with Sarah. It’s like working out with your best friend!

I love this studio, as Sarah got me on the absolute right track! I had gained 50 lbs (over Covid) and needed a “push.” She got me on the right diet plan & pushed me in exercises I thought I could never do! Because of this within a year I had lost 50lbs and in 2 years gained muscle and strength. I will always be grateful for Sarah & her studio.

I love Core! Sarah has created a wonderful community for health and wellness. I started last July 2023 and continued to attend class throughout my entire pregnancy. Will be joining back for my postpartum recovery and strength training.

Came in for the shopping aspect and was blown away by the amazing energy of the place and its owners. Even my mom said she felt an instant peace when entering. Sarah, is so kind and knowledgeable, she was in between training sessions but still took the time to help my mom and I. Her husband is who was helping her out when we visited was also very friendly, if you’re a local or just visiting I would visit!

Sarah is amazing! She is so in tune and compassionately addresses your life history. She formulated a program for me that is so easy to follow! I was wrestling with erratic body temperature, sleeping super hot all night long and being generally achy. Within 3 weeks I pulled my flannel sheets back out from storage and was sleeping like a baby! (a cool one) She did such a detailed and specific intake, then created a personalized diet, herbal, strength training and lifestyle plan. I started losing weight immediately, and even though that was not my main goal it was a great side benefit! I am thrilled at how fast my body responded to the changes she made. I am SO much stronger and now have a loving relationship with my body that had been nothing but a source of trauma and pain ever since I can remember. I have never felt such a state of well-being as I do now. She takes EVERYTHING in your life into consideration and is truly holistic in her approach. She is always available for guidance and has incredible, endless knowledge and walks me through any slumps I may experience. The variety of solutions she has for anything and everything is vast and encompasses every aspect of life. Sarah is a very gifted healer and working with her can, and will, change your life.

With almost two decades of experience guiding her Personal Training and Holistic Nutrition clients to success, and teaching expert Pilates and Small Group Training, Sarah takes great pride in helping people of all ages and fitness levels achieve their weight loss, nutrition and fitness goals. Sarah is committed to obtaining and maintaining the best possible training and certifications, and staying on top of the latest nutrition and fitness trends and research. She shares her knowledge and passion for fitness with her clients and students to provide high quality, effective workouts and nutritional planning, all delivered with a level of personalization that cannot be matched.
